Hiring: Corporate Senior Accountant - Real Estate Investment Management
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Compensation: $100K-$120K base + strong bonus + excellent benefits
A leading real estate investment management firm is seeking a Corporate Senior Accountant to join its corporate finance team. This role will lead payroll for ~75 employees and handle a broad range of accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and process semi-monthly payroll (Dayforce preferred, not required)
Manage general ledger, accruals, fixed assets, prepaids, AP/AR, and financial reporting
Support month-end close and financial analysis
Leverage systems skills to improve processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Business with Accounting focus
3+ years of payroll experience
3+ years of senior-level accounting experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Systems savvy and detail-oriented
Preferred:
CPA or advanced degree
Public/private accounting mix
Real estate experience a plus
